The Proud Cock is a rich Shiraz made from grapes sourced from Frankland WA Allowed to ferment on skins for 10 days, it was then gently basket pressed and aged in french oak barrels. Dark red berries, christmas spice and soft tannins.
Lady in Red was made from Frankland WA grown handpicked bushvine Tempranillo. It was fermented on skins using only the natural yeast then gently basket pressed. Medium bodied, with well-rounded soft tannins, cherry and red fruits, subtle smokey vanilla and oak.
Made from grapes grown in Pemberton WA, which were fermented on skins with the natural wild yeast then gently basket pressed. Made without any aging in oak, this Merlot is all about the fruit. Think plums and red berries.
Expressing flavours of currants and green pepper this Kalgan WA grown Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied. Fermented on skins with the natural yeast and basket pressed this is a lighter more fruit centred red wine, as it was not aged in oak.
A natural unfiltered Pinot Grigio with a soft pink hue representing this white grape that has a bluish/pink skin. This is a dry, crisp wine with a peach, green apple and nutty palate and floral aromas.
A vibrant hot pink coloured wine with orchard fruit, honey suckle and floral aromas and flavours. Bright acidity and soft tannins. Made from a blend of skin contact Pinot Grigio that was grown in Frankland WA and Manjimup grown Verdelho.
