A full-bodied white wine, this Verdelho exhibits lovely tropical fruit flavours such as pineapple and kiwi. It is crisp and has a bright acidity. Made from grapes grown in Manjimup WA this is an aromatic-fruity wine.

This is our prolonged skin contact Riesling. The grapes were destemmed and allowed to macerate in an open vessel with daily plunging allowing the wild yeast to begin fermentation. This orange wine has a soft orange hue, a lovely texture, soft tannins and citrus blossom aromas and flavours.
A vibrant hot pink coloured wine with orchard fruit, honey suckle and floral aromas and flavours. Bright acidity and soft tannins. Made from a blend of skin contact Pinot Grigio that was grown in Frankland WA and Manjimup grown Verdelho.
Expressing flavours of currants and green pepper this Kalgan WA grown Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied. Fermented on skins with the natural yeast and basket pressed this is a lighter more fruit centred red wine, as it was not aged in oak.
Made from a blend of Frankland WA grown Shiraz and handpicked bushvine Tempranillo. Each wine was allowed to ferment naturally on skins using only the wild yeast then they were basket pressed and blended. The Shiraz provides body and complexity to the tannin component of the lighter Tempranillo. The result is a fruit driven, red with berry and spice elements, great texture, and a bright acidity.
Made from grapes grown in Pemberton WA, which were fermented on skins with the natural wild yeast then gently basket pressed. Made without any aging in oak, this Merlot is all about the fruit. Think plums and red berries.
Lady in Red was made from Frankland WA grown handpicked bushvine Tempranillo. It was fermented on skins using only the natural yeast then gently basket pressed. Medium bodied, with well-rounded soft tannins, cherry and red fruits, subtle smokey vanilla and oak.
Made from Manjimup WA grown Merlot - this Pet Nat is a light clean crisp sparkling with beautiful Strawberry flavours and aromas.
Made from prolonged skin Verdelho grown in Manjimup- this Pet Nat has a higher ABV bringing a sweeter caramel flavour alongside tropical flavours.
Made from Kalgan WA grown Riesling - this Pet Nat is a light clean crisp sparkling with beautiful tropical and citrus flavours and aromas.
