Our Lady in red 💃bush vine grown small batch Tempranillo which has been a wild ferment on skins for Five days before basket pressed.. aged in stainless steel this heightens the fruit complexity of this wine , light yet enough body to make things interesting .. definite hints of Forrest fruits on the nose with medium level of tannins and flavours of cherry 🍒 and dried fig this is definitely a crowd pleaser. #naturalwines #wildfermentation #nosulphates #nofiningagents #tempranillo #denmarkwa #winesforthefuture #greatsouthernwine

1. Casual in our cellar door to work weekends and some hours during the week as Paige moves to her new marketing and sales role and Steph is still on maternity leave
2. Cellar hand/all rounder - starting casual then moving to full time to learn all aspects of making cider and wine during vintage plus all aspects of farm work.
